Deployments

Where Connect360 is actually running — and where it's coming next.

Each deployment is a partnership between the platform and the community running the network. IBM builds and maintains the platform; the community governs how it operates.

Monroe County

Operated by TogetherNow · Built on Connect360

The longest-running deployment and the clearest evidence base for what a CIE can produce at scale. TogetherNow operates the network across dozens of participating organizations, spanning SDOH, workforce, behavioral health, and re-entry use cases.

What Monroe demonstrated isn't just that the platform works — it's that the combination of platform + operating discipline produces outcomes that fragmented systems don't. This is the operating model the next deployments adapt from, not reinvent.
